Obituary of Ernest McKinley

Ernest W. "Ernie" McKinley, 62 of Morningview, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Ernie was a retired customer service agent with Dobbs International. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening and was a big fan of the Cincinnati Reds and UK basketball.
He is preceded in death by his father, Earnest McKinley Sr., a brother, Donald McKinley and a daughter, Rhonda Kay McKinley. Ernie is survived by his wife, Jackie Schnitzler McKinley, mother, Margie McKinley, sisters, Linda Coomer, Pat McKinley and Rene Barnett (Nelson), a brother, Steve McKinley (Sheri) and a half-sister, Judy Klette (Robert) and half-brother, Bill Hughes (Mary).
Services will be held at Chambers & Grubbs Independence. Visitation will be Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 2-5 PM. The funeral service will be on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 11 AM. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery.
