Donald Duane Berry, 44, of Warsaw, formerly of Falmouth, died Tuesday, Dec. 2, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood.

He was a security guard.
Survivors include his mother, Pat Berry of Warsaw and brother, Richard Berry of Erlanger.
Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, and service will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Union Township, Ohio.
