Obituary of Barbara Hinte

Barbara Jean Edwards Hinte, 63, of Fort Wright, formerly of Covington, died Friday, Dec. 5, at Hospice of the Bluegrass Care Center-St. Luke, Fort Thomas.
She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Cold Spring.
Her husband, Earl Hinte, died in 2007.
Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Wagner of Cold Spring, Connie Courtney of Covington and Kimberly Shields of Independence; son, Shane Hinte of Alexandria; sisters, Wanda Ripberger of Covington, Mary Edwards of Florida, Gladys Bolton and Margie Ewing of Newport; brother, James Edwards of Taylor Mill; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 8, with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
