Obituary of John Scott Luttrell

John S. Luttrell, 76, died Monday, Dec. 29, at Villaspring of Erlanger Health Care & Rehabilitation Center. He was a machinist for Eagle Manufacturing, a Korean War Army veteran, member of Harmony Baptist Church and he enjoyed fishing and camping. His wife, Luerene Luttrell, died in 1999. Survivors include his daughters, Patti F. Kinman of Florence, Diane S. Michael and Debbie L. Bell of Union; sisters, Doris Abrams of Monterey and Virginia Wash of Warsaw; brother, Lloyd Luttrell of Stamping Ground; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 3, with service following at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Owenton Cemetery.
