Obituary of Janet Meither

Janet Lee Meither, of Burlington, KY passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at the age of 68.
She was born in Covington, KY on December 11, 1947; the daughter of Merlin and Yvonne Horn. Janet was a homemaker who enjoyed oil painting and animals-especially her African grey parrot, 2 cockatoo parrots and dog, Sugar Lee.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Janet is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, John Meither; twin brother, Bobby "Bob", (Gail) Horn; as well as other relatives and friends.
A Gathering of Friends will take place from 6:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 8:00 PM on Friday, August 19, 2016 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Janet's name may be given to the Arthritis Foundation National Office, 1355 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30309.
