ERLANGER - Thirl Francis Chadderton, 96, of Erlanger, formerly of DeLand, Fla., died Wednesday, Feb. 4, at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. He was a machinist for The Cincinnati Enquirer and a World War II Army veteran. His wife, Ruby Chadderton, died in 2005 and a son died previously. Survivors include his daughter, Cheryl Neff of Erlanger; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.
No public services. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Alexandria. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
