Deborah "Debbie" Meimann, of Independence, KY passed away at Woodcrest Nursing Home on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the age of 69. She was born on August 17, 1947 in Covington, KY. Debbie enjoyed traveling, crafting and sewing. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her family and friends and her beloved Yorkie, Louie. She was preceded in death by mother, Regina Cushman; son-in-law, Clifford Cheesman and grandson, A.J. Todd. Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Gerald "Jerry" Meimann, son, Christopher "Chris" (Tina) Meimann; daughter, Cherish Cheesman; father, Herman Cushman; brother, Greg Cushman; grandchildren, Vincen (Kristin) Todd, Damon Lay, Torie (Evan Mangold) Cheesman, Tasha Meimann and Vanessa Cheesman; 8 great-grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends. Visitation for Debbie will be held from 5:00 PM until he time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence.
