INDEPENDENCE - Otis Tracy Harms, 89, of Cross Lanes, W.V., formerly of Independence, died Thursday, Feb. 19, at his home. He was a drapery installer for Shillito's Department Store and member of Northside Baptist Church, Winchester. Survivors include his wife, Jewell Dean Harms; daughters, Barbara Wynn of Cross Lanes, W.V. and Yvonne Hooten of Walton; brother, Frank Harms of Winchester; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 21, with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill Memorials: Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennawa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311
