Obituary of Scot Bowman

Scot Alan Bowman, of Crittenden, KY passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017 at his residence at the age of 36. He was a pipefitter for Local Union #392 and a member of Plum Creek Church. Scot loved the Lord and was a man of faith. He also enjoyed hunting, spending time with his family, and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Scot is preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Helen Bowman and Willis and Agnes Streine, and his aunt, Gloria Webster.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 8 years, Erica; son, Ryan Perkins; parents, Michael Sr. and Kathryn; brothers, Michael Bowman Jr. (Meredith), Craig Bowman (Leslie), and Joey Bowman; sisters, Jessica and Kaylan Hendrix; aunts and uncles, Butch (Joanne) Streine, Carol (Lige) McClane, Jim Streine, Dave (Connie) Streine, Barbara Tiryung, Bonnie (Ron) Ballard, and Mardi (Joe) Wesselman; father and mother in-law, Robert and Myra Hendrix; and many other loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Visitation for Scot will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM, also at the funeral home. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
