INDEPENDENCE - Raymond Edward Denton, 79, died Wednesday, April 29, at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. He was a salesman for Rainbow Bread Company in Cincinnati, an Army veteran and member of Florence Baptist Church. His son Thomas E. Denton died in 2000 and his stepson, Greg Mock, died in 2005.Survivors include his wife, Margaret A. Brown Denton; daughters, Connie Hudson of Wimberley, Texas, Karen Schwegler of Cincinnati and Kim Crowley of Batavia; son, Mark Denton of Cleves; stepdaughter, Debbie Bach of Morning View; sisters, Phyllis Oles of Branson, Mo. and Linda Hoffman of Independence; and 26 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, May 5, with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger,
