Jeffrey Todd Murray, 47, of Florence, Kentucky, died Sunday, May 10th at St. Elizabeth Healthcare of Florence. Being confined to a wheelchair his entire life did not stop him from enjoying and achieving greatness in his life. Jeff graduated from Boone County High School in 1983 and from NKU in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Social Work. Jeff had a love of sports, especially the Reds, Bengals, and UK. He was a mentor and volunteer at Florence Elementary. Jeff is survived by his parents, Ray and Wanda Murray of Florence, KY, Brothers: Mike (Donna) of Blackduck, MN, Kevin (Diane) of Union, KY, Derek (Carol) of Athens, TN, Shawn (Stephanie) of Walton, KY, Dirk (Lisa) of Independence, KY, Matt (Gina) of Union, KY, Brett (Holly) of Union, KY and Sisters: Shelley (Gerald) Roof of Big Clifty, KY, Shannon (Greg) Short of Ft. Wright, KY, and Shaunda (Jeff) Burdette of Hernando, FL. 37 nieces and nephews, childhood friend Terry Finke and many dear friends at Arcadia Park Apartments in Florence, KY. Jeff was an inspiration and friend to many. Memorials: Florence Elementary School, 103 Center Street, Florence, Kentucky 41042.
