Obituary of Betty Bell

Betty J. Bell, age 75, of Walton, died Sunday, May 17, at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood. She was a retired cook for T.A. Truck Stop in Richwood, a member of Florence Baptist Church, and a member of the Florence American Legion Post #4 Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Bell in 1959. She is survived by her husband, Leonard R. Bell; (5) daughters, Linda Allen of Richmond, IN, Brenda Perkins and Janet Ligon both of Warsaw, Judy Spencer, Burlington, and Kristy Zeigler of Elsmere; (2) sons, Denny Bell of Dry Ridge and Terry Bell of Independence; sister, Janet Aylor of Florence; brother, Sam Snelling of Minneapolis, MN; 18 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 20, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Chambers and Grubbs in Florence. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
