Obituary of Agnes Whiteker

Agnes Scott McCauley Whiteker, age 93, of Independence, died Sunday at Woodcrest Manor in Elsmere. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George Roger Whiteker in 2007. Ms. Whiteker is survived by (3) sons, Jim Whiteker of Independence, Don Whiteker of Independence, and Mel Whiteker of Taylor Mill; sister, Juanita Fryman of Cynthiana; (6) grandchildren; (17) great grandchildren; and (3) great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Chambers and Grubbs in Independence. Funeral service will begin at 12 noon. Interment will take place at Floral Hills Cemetery.
