Obituary of Edward Bustle

INDEPENDENCE - Edward "Bill" Bustle, age 83, died Monday, at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Edgewood. He was a retired, master press operator for General Motors for 38 years, a 50 + year member of the Bradford Masonic Lodge, and a U.S. Army Veteran of W.W. II where he was a receipient of the bronze & silver stars. Mr. Bustle also enjoyed bowling, dancing, singing, fishing, working in the yard and treasured his family. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Martin Bustle of Independence; (3) daughters, Donna Bustle of Virginia Beach, Trenna Currie of Alexandria, KY, and Vicki Egdorf of Walton; (4) sons, Ken Bustle of Independence, Danny Bustle of Atlanta, GA, Ricky Bustle of California, and Charlie Bustle of Walton, KY; sister, Betty Godawa of Latonia; brother, Donald Mitchell of New Smyrna, FL; (4) grandchildren; and one great grandchild. A gathering of friends will be held Thursday, August 6, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs in Independence. Masonic services will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Celebration of life services with military honors will begin at 7 p.m. Memorials can be made to Hospice of St. Elizabeth Edgewood.
