FT, WRIGHT - Laura Mae Whitson Rosenfeldt, age 80, died Thursday evening, August 6, 2009, at Brighton Garden in Edgewood. She was a homemaker and former hostess at the McAlpins Tea Room.. Ms. Rosenfeldt was a member of Walton Christian Church and enjoyed gardening, shopping and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Jack Rosenfeldt and a son, Rodney Rosenfeldt. Survivors include her daughter, Laura McMillan of Butler, KY; (2) sons, Gary Rosenfeldt of Allen Park, MI and Terry Rosenfeldt of West Land, MI; and one grandchild, Ashley Dirkes of Ft. Wright.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Highland Cemetery Chapel in Ft. Mitchell. Services are being handled by Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Walton. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to Brighton Gardens Employee Appreciation Fund, 2950 Turkeyfoot Road Edgewood, KY 41017.
