The one thing that all of my siblings and I have in common is that we remember when Burton arrived in this world some 47 years ago. We never expected or thought for one moment that we would all still be together as we are today to witness him leaving us as he has today. Burton, our baby brother, of all people, will lead us on a path that we all will follow some day.He fought a courageous battle against a most devastating disease that showed no mercy. Burton, as you enter eternal life we know that all of your pain and suffering are gone The time has come to say our final good-bye Burton. We will never ever forget you as our brother, our baby brother. We love you so much. A day will not go by that we not think of you in our prayers. You will remain in our hearts forever. How blessed are we who put our faith in God, for no matter how difficult it is to bear the pain of parting, we have His promise that one day we'll be reunited with those who have gone before us to our heavenly home. Rest in peace baby brother, rest in peace. God Bless You. We love you forever and always.

Janet, Kramer, Connor & Family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We were so sorry to hear of Burt's passing. We really thought that he was going to be able to beat this, as he had the most positive outlook and optimism through this entire process. He has been such a big inspiration to both Keith & I. We really enjoyed the day we spent with the two of you eating Wendy's and talking during Burt & Keith's treatments back in the winter. Unfortunately for me, I didn't know Burt as long as I would have liked too, but he always made me laugh every morning when he came into work. My two most fondest memories of Burt would have to be the time myself and Phil Stevenson went to see him play drums at Woodies(sp.) and the time Phil and I took him to Hooters for lunch. Burt and I shared a common bond for music and enjoyed talking about it frequently. He will be greatly missed.
