Obituary of Ralph Spaulding

DEMOSSVILLE - Ralph W. Spaulding, 80, formerly of Kenton County, died Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Williamstown. He was a retired farmer, former employee of Pendleton County Schools, and formerly ran a milk route and paper route. Mr. Spaulding was also a member and deacon of Piner Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his son, David Spaulding in 1993. Survivors include his beloved wife of 61 years, Rosella M. Finnell Spaulding; (2) daughters, Deborah A. Spaulding of Ludlow and Darla Spaulding Hartley of Brentwood, TN; (2) sons, Daryl R. Spaulding of Demossville and Douglas A. Spaulding of Florence; sister, Wilma Collins of Morning View; (9) grandchildren; and (3) great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Piner Baptist Church at 15044 Madison Pike, Morning View, KY 41063. Funeral service will begin at 12 noon at the church. Interment will take place at Gardnersville Cemetery, Gardnersville, KY.
