To the entire Skerchock family, I have many fond memories of working for Andy at Mid Valley. I could not have had a better person to be my boss on my very first job. I truly enjoyed working for Andy. Dad, What an admirable man you were! Your intelligence, outstanding integrity, creativity, resourcefulness, thoughtfulness, faithfulness and commitment to God, family and country were unsurpassed. You were very strict and in being so you instilled your great values in your children which have served us well and for which we'll always be grateful. There are no words to describe the awe and respect we have for you. We appreciated that you were always there for us to show your love and concern, to answer our questions and give us your advice. Dad, you were our hero. We shall miss you terribly and shall always remember your warmth, good cheer and humor. You helped make the "Greatest Generation" great. We were separated by many miles, you were there to answer our questions and give us advice. When you visited us in San Diego, we welcomed your good cheer, humor and warmth. We will always love you and treasure you in our hearts.

Peggy Ann, Lonnie and Stevie: Our deepest sympathies to you and your families for the loss of your father. It was very nice to see him and talk with him at my father's funeral a few years ago and then at Uncle Gene's funeral just last year. Like all the Skerchock brothers, he was a very accomplished man as well as a strong family man. You should always remember and cherish all the great times you all had with him. John and Stephanie
