Obituary of Marjorie Loomis

FT. MITCHELL - Marjorie Hughes Loomis, age 83, died Friday, December 4, 2009 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Edgewood. She was a homemaker, a charter member of New Beginnings Presbyterian Church, a charter member of Lakeside Presbyterian church, a member of the Covington Art Club, and a U.C. Alumnus. Survivors include her husband, Robert G. Loomis of Ft. Mitchell; (3) daughters, Carol Zerhusen of Ft. Mitchell, Nancy Boyd Davison of Covington, LA, and Martha Reddington of Seattle, WA; and (9) grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, December 7, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Lakeside Christian Church at 195 Buttermilk PK, Ft. Mitchell, KY 41017. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence is handling the arrangements. Memorial in lieu of flowers can be sent to Lakeside Christian Church or St. Elizabeth Hospice at 1 Medical Village Dr., Edgewood, KY 41017.
