DEMOSSVILLE - Luella Sue Ryan Dillion, age 57, (formerly of Independence), died Saturday, December 5, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a retired manager for Holiday Inn and a member of Carter Chapel United Methodist Church in Gardnersville. She enjoyed traveling, ceramics, crocheting, painting, and camping. Survivors include her husband, John Dillion, III of Demossville; (2) sons, Johnny B. Dillion, IV of Piner and Wilson Dillion of Owenton; father, Wilson Ryan of Glencoe; mother, Martha Ryan of Demossville; (3) brothers, Larry Ryan of Independence, Donnie Ryan of Dry Ridge, and Nathan Ryan of Demossville; (5) grandchildren; and (1) great grandchild.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs in Independence. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Independence Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
