Obituary of Reva Finnell

INDEPENDENCE - Reva Mae Richardson Finnell, age 84, of Independence, died Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Rosedale Manor in Covington. She was a retired secretary for Sam Thompson Insurance Company, a member of Staffordsburg United Methodist Church, a member of the Eutopia Club and a member of Daughters of America. She is survived by her husband, George Finnell of Independence; daughter, Neva Finnell Piper of Independence; son, Dr. Glenn Finnell of Orlando, FL; and (3) grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs in Independence. Funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Independence Cemetery.
