Obituary of Wilbur L. Cooper

Wilbur L. Cooper, 65, of Covington, died Friday at his home. He was a retired machine operator with Lingo Manufacturing Co. and attended Community Pentecostal Church, Independence. Survivors include his wife, Edna Joan Gregory Cooper; a daughter, Alice F. Pack of Hebron; sons, Steven W. Cooper of Cincinnati and Thomas M. Cooper of Covington; sisters, Evelyn Cooper of Latonia Lakes and Joy Ruth Cain of Covington; brothers, Charley Cooper of Covington, Nelson Cooper and Thomas Cooper, both of Latonia Lakes; and five grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Pendleton County. Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, 401 E. 20th St., Covington, Ky. 41014.
