J.C. , Mary, Tony, Josh and Jarred-Your Mamaw was a great lady and I am so glad I had the opportunity to know her. I know she is a big part of why each of you is so caring, generous, hard-working and special. She was always so proud of you kids (Josh and Jarred) and loved to brag on you. I am glad Josh that you were able to take she and Papaw to Hot Springs before she passed away. You have those memories to hang on to forever. Mary Rose (her reverse namesake) she loved you sooo much and I hope you never forget it as you are grieving her right now. You showed your love in tangible ways (building the perfect house for them, taking them to dr. appt. etc) and I know she felt cared for by both you and JC. Papaw, I am so sorry your wife of 48 years has gone to heaven before you but she will be waiting for you when its your time. For now Mary, Tony and the boys need you so be strong and I will keep praying for you! We hope to see you all this summer at some point. We will hug your necks then. Love-The Murrays - Duane, Kristen, Stephen, Matthew and Amanda

My Mom had invited me about two weeks prior to come with her and my Dad to this special Sedar meal. I arrived and she had her new outfit on that my Dad had bought her in Hot Springs with my son. She looked amazing sitting there and was full of life and laughter. Her make up and jewelry matched so well with that new outfit. My Dad was getting tired after the meal and their was mass to attend, so I had a friend take him on home.(He had just got out of hospital after their trip) So Mom and I went to the church upstairs and she said "now I have a special chair" and as she walked with her cain and me on the other arm we found it and waited for mass. We sang and prayed together and celebrated a wonderful Holy Thursday evening. My Mother died at home on Good Friday the next evening. Prayer and Love and family and friends is what got her through life. My Dad and her have been married 48 years what a love and life. I ask for prayers for my loving and so caring Dad...

Two weeks ago I took my Mamaw & Papaw to Hot Springs, Arkansas. A much needed trip for the three of us and I'm very blessed, I got to take this trip. It was the first week I've had off in years and I got to spend it with my two favorite people. The first 700 miles down Mamaw didn't stop talking the whole way down. For those that were around her for just a minute you know that was my mamaw. In fact, she didn't stop talking the whole trip. I will never forget the 1400 mile round trip. We shared a room for a week and every meal. We visited two places that her and papaw had visited over 30 years ago. Us three had the best trip ever and for all of those who knew my Mamaw, I can tell you just how much she loved you. She saw the good in everyone and loved everyone so dearly. I heard about everyone at least three times and she shared a lot of good memories. I will say during our adventure she never messed a beat and that was the best week I can ever recall. The more and more I think about it I know that she is in a better place now. During that week I heard her pray the rosary every night and after she prayed the rosary she prayed for everyone individually. She was a very special lady to everyone and the best Mamaw I could of asked for. I will never forget all that she taught me and I'll never forget that week I got to spend with her & Papaw in Hot Springs. There are just to many stories about the trip to write about, but I will say for everyone she loved you all. Trust me I know, because she lost her voice as we were getting back from our trip.

WE ARE SO SORRY TO HEAR OF THE PASSING OF ROSE MARY. SHE WAS A DEVOTED WIFE AND MOTHER. THE CHURCH WAS ALWAYS AN IMPORTANT PART OF HER LIFE. JOHN AND I MOVED TO WALTON IN 1970 SO I DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHEN I FIRST MET ROSE MARY BUT I CANT REMEMBER THE ALTAR SOCIETY WITHOUT ROSE MARY BEING INVOLVED. SHE WAS SUCH A HARD WORKER SHE PUT ALL OF THE REST OF US TO SHAME. SHE WILL BE MISSED BY HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
