Obituary of Mark Botdorf

FLORENCE - Mark Allen Botdorf, 45, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at University Hospital of Cincinnati as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was a Senior CAD Technician for HDR of Blue Ash, Ohio. He attended Christ's Chapel Assembly of God Church and was a Road Captain for Bond Slaves Motorcycle Club. He was preceded in death by his parents David and Patricia Botdorf and brother Steven Botdorf all in 1979. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Karen Hurtt Botdorf; sons Tyler Steven Botdorf of Latonia and Corey David Botdorf of Florence; brother James "Jimbo" Botdorf of Covington; sister Nancy Carrillo of Albuquerque, NM, guardians Jim and Ann Stein of MN, and grandparents Fred and Doris Stein of Tucson, AZ. Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2010 from 5-9 PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence. Funeral service will be 10:30A.M., Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Christ's Chapel Assembly of God Church, 3819 Turfway Rd., Florence, KY 41042. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Mark Botdorf Memorial Fund c/o Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home.
