Obituary of Jessie Fisk

Jessie Isabell Armstrong Fisk, 94, of Nicholson died Monday, July 12, 2010 at Colonial Gardens of Florence. She was a homemaker, member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Nicholson, a former Secretary for Boone-Kenton Tobacco Warehouse, a former secretary for the Kenton County Fire Assessment Insurance Company of Independence and attended Nicholson Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry F. Fisk, in 1997. She is survived by (2) daughters, Nellie M. Goodridge of Alexandria and Janet D. Harding of Edgewood; (2) Grandchildren, Harry Todd Goodridge of Independence and Brenda Lee Ellis of Hebron; and (4) Great-Grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday, July 15 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon. Interment will be in Floral Hills Cemetery in Taylor Mill. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to Hickory Grove Baptist Church 11969 Taylor Mill Rd. Independence, KY 41051 or Colonial Gardens Care Center, 6900 Hopeful Rd., Florence, KY 41042.
