Obituary of Ervin Turner

Ervin Turner, age 66, of Newport, died Friday, August 20 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Ft. Thomas. Mr. Turner was a former H.V.A.C. installer, an avid Cincinnati Reds fan and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. Survivors include (4) children, Janet Jackson of Mt. Washington, OH, Lisa Turner of Ft. Mitchell, KY, Richard Turner of Dayton, KY, and Jason Turner of Hebron, KY; (2) sisters, Sadie Webb of Cold Spring; (9) grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 24 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs in Florence. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Union Rice Cemetery.
