Obituary of Chelsea Schweinefuss

Chelsea L. Schweinefuss, age 22, of Independence, died Sunday, September 26, 2010 at her home. She was studying to be an interior designer at Antonelli College and a member of St. Cecilia Church in Independence. Chelsea formerly worked at Macy's and as a day care provider. Survivors include her mother, Brenda Smith of Independence; father, Dennis Smith of Independence; brothers, Tyler Smith, Kyle Smith, and Ryan Smith, all of Independence; grandmother, Rita Due of Walton, grandfather, Ed Smith of Florida, and grandmother, Laverne Smith of Ft. Thomas; great grandmother, Helen Owen of Walton; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 28, 2010 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs in Independence. Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 5313 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Interment will be at St. Cecilia Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Chelsea Schweinefuss Fund at any Bank of KY.
