Obituary of Dorothy Dressman

Dorothy Mae Williams Dressman, age 95, of Independence, died Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth Healthcare Edgewood. She was a homemaker and a member of Madison Avenue Christian Church in Covington. Ms Dressman enjoyed playing bingo, reading, dancing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her husband, Paul Henry Dressman preceded her in death in 1987. Survivors include her daughter, Dianne Auton of Crescent Springs; sons, Donald Dressman of Calabash, NC, Richard Dressman of Florence, and Terry Dressman of Walton, KY; (19) grandchildren; and (38) great grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Chambers & Grubbs in Independence. Funeral services will begin at 12 noon. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery. Memorials can be made to St. Boniface & James Church, 304 Oak Street, Ludlow, KY 41016-1417 or St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 S. Loop Drive, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017.
