Kay Francis Marples, age 70, of Morning View, died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at her residence. She was a former Branch Manager for Bank of America and enjoyed art and decorating. Survivors include her sons, Sergeant First Class Lance Collins of Balsam Lake, WI and Roy Brewster, Jr. of Independence; daughters, Dana Marie Brewster of Morning View and Roscella Trumble of Alice, TX; sister, Betty Gunderson; brother, Charles Marples, Jr; and (9) grandchildren.
Graveside service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Wilmington Cemetery, Morning View, KY. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence is handling the arrangements.
Memorials can be made to the Marples Family, c/o Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.
