Obituary of Philip Spegal

Philip N. Spegal, age 58, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011, at his home in Demossville, KY. Philip was a member of Piner Baptist Church, former Chapter President & Goody Representative of the Christian Motorcycle Association, KBA/KMRO Dairy Farmers of America, former President of Kenton County Farm Bureau, former Deacon of Wilmington Baptist Church, former Chaplin of NKY Hospital, former member of Finance Committee at Piner Baptist and served missions in Argentina for the church. He was a self-employed Dairy Farmer. Philip was preceded in death by his father, JB Spegal 2007 and his son, Rodney Denny 2001. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Edwards Spegal of Demossville, daughters, Amber Spegal of Demossville, Katie Plunkett (Davin) of Crittenden, Emily Spegal of Demossville, Hannah Spegal of Demossville; sons, Jonathan Spegal of Minnesota, Jason Spegal of Demossville, Jeremy Spegal (Hollie) of Demossville; mother, Hazel Spegal of Demossville, sisters, Becky Kuss of Prestonsburg, Paula Allen of Demossville, Crista Caldwell of Crittenden, Sarah Mann of Demossville; 15 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation from 4 to 8 Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at the Piner Baptist Church, Funeral Service 11 AM also at the Church, Burial will be held at Wilmington Cemetery. Family suggests memorials be sent to: Philip Spegal Memorial Home Fund c/o Bank of Kentucky.
