Virginia Ruth Lucas Obituary
Virginia Ruth Lucas, 84, of Erlanger, died Thursday at her residence. She was a homemaker and a retired bookkeeper. She was a member of Florence Christian Church, Florence Women's Club, and the St. Luke Hospital West Auxiliary. Her husband, Wallace Lucas, preceded her in death.
Survivors include sons, David Lucas of Verona and Roy Lucas of Maryville, Tenn.; a daughter, June Weghorn of Florence; a sister, Mary Leona Siekman of Rising Sun, Ind.; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chambers &
Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 6612 Dixie Highway, Suite 2A, Florence, Ky. 41042.
