Obituary of Peggy Coker

Peggy Jean Cornwell Coker, 68, of Latonia Lakes, formerly of Goshen OH, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare of Edgewood. She retired from Berman Printing of Cincinnati, OH where she was a printing specialist. She attended Goshen United Methodist Church of Goshen, Oh, was an active member of the Goshen High School Alumni Association and the Goshen Historical Society, which her mother founded. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard Coker, Sr and her mother Adeline Cornwell. She is survived by her daughter, Georgina Coker of Union; 2 sons, Maynard Coker, Jr and James Coker, both of Latonia Lakes; sister, Linda Brown of Panama City, FL; brothers, Paul Cornwell of Loveland, OH and Roger Cornwell of Goshen, OH; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jeremy, Sarah, Jay, Jessie, Dawn, and Melissa; and great grandchildren Anthony, Abigail, Brayden, Lily, Jayson and Rylan. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 1, 2011 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Florence. The funeral service will be at 10:00am Saturday, July 2, 2011, also at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Independence Cemetery.
