I'll never forget the time my Mom, Aunt Shirley, Pam and I went clothes shopping for my birthday. We were coming across the parking lot, about to step up on to the sidewalk when this "old man" honked at us. Not really looking to see who was behind the wheel, I proceeded to say to myself "pedestrians have the right of way old man." It turned out to be Uncle Ferrel behind the wheel of that honking car. I will never forget that day.

When i think of Uncle Ferrell I think of so many beautiful memories from childhood threw adulthood. He has always been a special, loving,and all around someone you know you could count on loving you for who you where. Dear David and Nena: His time to come home and he did it with his usual rare good humor and we all know she touched his hand and it was time for another great card game in heaven with those who have been waiting lovingly. The Baxter Men have cried at this news of his passing and Diana Baxter Stoler has said a prayer for him as well.......On Sept. 1, 2011 we will have buried the fourth part of a beloved group we all loved most deeply for they are our parents. God Bless Ferrell Reeves and we know he is safe for now we bury a GOOD man.
