Obituary of Stella Spegal

Stella Irene Spegal, age 91, a servant of the Lord for 56 years, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Beloved mother of 8, step-mother of 3, grandmother of 20 and great-grandmother of 36. Surviving children: Kenneth Spegal, Gary Spegal, Vivian Moran, Charles Spegal, Roger Spegal and stepson Michael Spegal. Preceded in death by: sons, David Paul Spegal and Robert Franklin Spegal, daughter Norma Jean Williamson, stepdaughters, Joyce Beard and Sandra Frederickson, grandsons Jonathan Spegal and Keith Williamson. She was a member of Piner Baptist Church for 32 years and then Latonia Baptist Church for 24 years. She was a Sunday school teacher for 26 years, former President and 55 year member of the WMU.
Services will be held at Chambers & Grubbs Independence. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday 9/9/11. Funeral service will be 10 am. Saturday 9/10/11. Burial at Carter's Chapel Cemetery, Gardenersville, Ky.
