~~BROMLEY - Nellie Ruth Keys Egan, 81 of Bromley formerly of Walton died Thursday, October 29, 2009 at Cardinal Hill of Ft. Thomas. She retired as a payroll clerk from Baxter, Inc. and received her Manicurist Certificate at age 65 and was a professional manicurist into her late 70s. She was a member of Erlanger Church of Christ; founder of their NTO Club (Never to Old); member of the Grandmothers Club of Northern Kentucky; former member of Walton Christian Church and choir; former President of Walton Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and was Mrs. Claus for the Walton Fire Department. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward F. Egan in 1974, daughter Alyce L. Reed in 2007, son David E. Egan in 2001, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Survivors include 2 daughters Nellie E. Briggs and Susan E. Egan both of Ludlow; 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.

 Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon Monday, November 2, 2009 at Erlanger Church of Christ. Burial will be in Mother of God Cemetery. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Walton entrusted with arrangements.
