Obituary of Nick Hensley
Nick Hensley, of Independence, KY passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY on Friday, June 23, 2017 at the age of 82.
He we was born in Oneida, KY on March 7, 1935; the son of Charlie and Emma Hensley. Nick worked as a laborer for Diversey Chemical.
He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Beatrice Hensley; sons, Tim Hensley and Gary W. Hensley; sister, Marie Hensley and brother, Robert Hensley.
Nick is survived by his sisters, Mary Catherine Kilgore, Sylvia Gibson and Mayme McDaniel; daughter-in-law, Patricia A. Hensley; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Nick will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will immediately follow at Independence Cemetery.
