Eula Mae “Sam” Miller passed away at Veranda Gardens Nursing Facility in Cincinnati, OH on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the age of 71. She was born in Covington, KY on May 30, 1946; the daughter of James and Georgia Coyle.

Sam was a retired factory worker who enjoyed crocheting, dancing, gardening and bingo.

She was preceded in death by her 1ST husband, Jesse Bailey; 2nd husband, Gary Miller; 3 sisters; and 8 brothers.

Sam is survived by her children, Jesse (Patricia “Patty”) Bailey, Regina (David) List, Charlan (Jake) Jacobson, Melissa (Mike) Wiedman and Brian (Melinda) Miller; siblings, Wanda (Ralph) Brockman; and 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Sam will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence.  Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, KY.

Memorials in Sam’s name may be made to Vista Healthcare 11500 Northlake Drive suite 400, Cincinnati, Ohio 45249.
