Donald Lee Ayres Obituary
Donald Lee "Duck" Ayres, 66, of Walton, died Friday at his home. He was a retired electrician and a member of New Liberty Baptist Church in Owen County, Petersburg Masonic Lodge No. 926, Scottish Rite Valley of Covington and American Legion Post No. 277.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Ann Wyatt Ayres; a son, Jeff Ayres; a stepson, Lennie Whalen of Walton; a sister, Janice Smoot of Owenton; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 7 tonight at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. Visitation will begin there at 4 p.m. Cremation will be at Northern Kentucky Mortuary Service, Walton. Memorials are suggested to Relay for Life, in care of Owen Electric, 8206 Highway 127, Owenton, Ky. 40359.
