I knew David way back when we were kids....at least as far back as 4th grade and up through high school. He and his family lived up around the corner from me in Broadmore Acres, (Cocoa, Florida.) We never missed an opportunity to pick at each other.,Lol! He was a character then and I assume that he continued to display his unique personality up until the time of his passing. Though I hadn't seen him in years, my memories of him are still vivid and my thoughts and heart go out to you, his family, during this tragic and sad time. May God bless you and grant you peace.

To the Groseclose family. Our deepest sympathy for your loss. Dave was the Scoutmaster of our BSA Troop 154 in Goshen, Kentucky, back in the 1980’s and 1990’S His love of the outdoors, camping, teaching scouts how to build Klondike Sleds for our winter camporee’s. This I will always remember. Both Dave and Laurie gave a tremendous amount of their time helping to build the character of young scouts, many on their way to Eagle Scout. He will be greatly missed.

Laurie, Corey, Missy and family, I am so sorry to hear about Dave's passing. I'll always have fond memories of cousin Dave aka "snooky" from my childhood days playing at GranMurray's in Cocoa, FL. He was one the "big guys" that we looked up to who were always working on cars or doing something cool. I really wish I would have remained closer to him over the years. I enjoyed the few times I was able to see him and the rest of the extended family at our reunions. Dave was a fine man and I will miss him. Love you guys.
