Jim and Martha... I want to let you know that it has been a true blessing in my life to have known and loved your mom and dad.. What beautiful people they have been. Your mother was my my personal confidant and my adopted granny. Your father a true inspiration and adopted poppy.. I hope and pray that my marriage could shine and last as long (or even half) as theirs.. I know i will never forget them or lose sight of their advice and kindness to me.. We are saddened by "Doc's" passing. He was an integrated part of our lives. He was our doctor as we were children, then on to become the doctor of our children. We went to school with his children and were close over the years. Many times he came to our homes in the wee hours for family emergencies far longer than doctors of today. Doc Huey was a wonderful humanitarian as well and will be greatly missed by us all. Prayers to all those touched by this man. May God comfort you through your hour of need. Praying for all touched by this kind man. He was our childhood doctor, and I still remember his non-hurried approach to our visits. Doc Huey was a one of a kind. I have many fond memories of him and very saddened of his passing. My last conversation with him was at the Main Street Cafe, where he met with other Veterans, he was wearing his Veteran's hat too. May God bless you all and give you comfort during this time of sorrow. Doc Huey has definitely earned his wings. R.I.P.

I am so very sorry for the loss of our beloved Doc Huey. I barely remember a time that I didn't know this amazing man! He took care of my parents, myself and one of my 3 sons. My grandmother, Effie Beach, was a very good friend of his, as well as my Papaw Beach and my mother's parents, Pete and Sue Miller. Walton was so blessed to have such a wonderful doctor and an awesome veteran! I will miss him so very much!
