Obituary of Richard K West

Richard K. West, 89, of Independence, died on April 22^nd. Richard was born to Marie and Frank West in 1928 in Cincinnati, OH. He was a long-time member of Delhi Christian Center, until health concerns prevented his attendance. Richard enjoyed playing chess, even taking on his computer and winning. He took an interest in Ham Radio as well and was well known for his amazing landscape artwork. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, wife of more than 30 years, Midred West; son, Glenn West and brother, William West. He is survived by his daughters, Dianna Steinbach and Connie Betts; step-sons, Duane, David and Kevin Carpenter.
