Obituary of Russell "Ray" Fisk

Russell Ray Fisk, of Morning View, KY passed away at his residence on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 82. He was born in Morning View, KY on September 14, 1935; the son of the late Carl and Mary Fisk. Ray was retired from K-D Lamp Company where he was a set-up specialist. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, mowing grass, drag racing and UK Basketball. His greatest joy, however, was spending time with his cherished family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Melvin Fisk; wife, Esther Fisk.

Ray is survived by his children, Doug Fisk, Michael Henderson, Montey Henderson; sister, Joyce Bedell; grandchildren, Danielle Rae Fisk, Doug Henderson, Cody Henderson, Erin Henderson; as well as many other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Russell will be held on Wednesday, May­­­­­­ 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Taylor Mill, KY.
