Mima C. Moore, age 78, of Morning View, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.

She was born on September 4, 1939 in Perry County, KY to the late, Hargis and Oma Combs.

Mima worked for the Dr. Scholl’s Shoe Company as a utility specialist and was a member of Demossville Baptist Church. She loved reading, especially, James Patterson books and enjoyed piddling in her yard.

Mima is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Margaret Scott and Necie Combs; brothers, James, Robert, Wilton, Roy, Eddie and Charlie; and her grand-daughter, Cody Moore.

Survivors include her loving children, James Moore and Patricia “Penny” Moore; siblings, Timmy Combs, Bennie Combs, Hensley Combs, Lucy Schuller and Wilma Hicks; grandchildren, Keisha and Haley Moore and many great-grandchildren.

Private services for Mima will be held at the convenience of the family.
