Obituary of Lisa C. Sebastian

Lisa C. Sebastian, age 58, of Morning View, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018, after a brief battle with cancer, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY.  She was a Nurse for Bellevue Independent Schools and formerly worked at Baptist Village, St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas, and the Pauline Warfield Lewis Center. 

Lisa was a talented musician, great story teller, enjoyed working on her farm, loved animals and her barnyard family, but most importantly cherished her entire family, especially her beloved daughter Catherine.  Her father, Johnny “Red” Sebastian, and brother, John Timothy Sebastian preceded her in death. 

She is survived by her wife, Elise A. (Howell) Sebastian, daughter, Catherine Joyce Sebastian; mother, Elizabeth Sebastian; sisters, Bonnie Davis (Bobby), Brenda Pike (Tom), Kathy Hardman (Tim); and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with services immediately following at 4 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. 

Memorials may be made to the Sebastian Family to later be used for a memorial at the Cincinnati Children’s Museum or the Ruth Lyons Fund.
