I can't say enough about how the loss of this great man has landed on my heart. I have worked with Jim for many years. He had always been a great advisor and teammate and will be missed greatly. Jim was a true leader for his fellow officers and they had great respect for him and his advice. Jim was always up front and never pulled his punches and I respected him immensely for it. My prayers and thoughts as well as my wife Peggy’s goes out to Marcia and the kids.
