I really do not have a story. Just a short note to express my feelings of a wonderful woman that impacted my life deeply. JoAnn no matter how bad it seemed always had a smile and hug. She helped me understand some things without even knowing she did. I worked with her for 14 years. Not a day goes by that I come to work on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that she is not thought of. She was such a wonderful person and I am so blessed she was my friend. Work just isnt the same without her smiles.
Miss you JoJo

Joann, was a WONDEFUL PERSON she always had a smile on her face and was so friendly and she took pride in her work. She never met a stranger I worked at The St. Lukes 5yrs I started out at Ft. Thomas and then was sent to Florence location from the first time I said hello to her just passing in the halls she always spoke every time she seen me and always let me give her a hug she took PRIDE in her job and always had a smile and waved. I had not seen Joann since my leaving St Lukes 4yrs & 2mths ago but when I was at The Florence location of St Elizabeth in September with my mother on TCU she seen me in the hall and waved and said hello to me. Today while at St Elizabeth in Florence to pick up some medical records I ran into a friend of Joann's and was saddened to hear of her passing. I am sorry to hear that your family has lost such a wonderful person, she is truly an angel in heaven. Theresa M Hodge

I work in the lab at St. Elizabeth Florence, and when I was lucky enough to see Jo Ann in the hall or cafeteria it was a bright spot in my day. She was so friendly and had such a warm personality. It's a gift to spread happiness like that, and she had it.
