Obituary of Lois Jean Harmon

     Lois Jean Harmon, of Morning View, KY passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her residence on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the age of 87.

     She was born in Williamsburg, KY on August 1, 1931; the daughter of the late Elmer Brooks and Randy Sutton Davis. Lois was a member of Community Family Church for over 20+ years.

     She is preceded in death by her two sons, Gary Harmon and Larry Harmon.

     Lois is survived by her faithful and devoted children, Cecil David Harmon, Debra Sue “Debbie” Harmon and Lisa (Mike) Woodall; brother, Kelsay (Wilma) Angel; grandchildren, Heather Harmon, Laura Woodall and Rachel Harmon; 5 great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends who will mourn her loss and cherish her memory.

     A visitation for Lois will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. A funeral service will be held the following day, Friday, December 21, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Community Family Church, 11875 Taylor Mill Road, Independence, KY 41051. Burial will immediately follow in procession to Independence Cemetery.
