Obituary of Beryl L. Ledford Ray

Beryl “L” Ledford Ray, age 93, of Williamstown, KY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Grant Center in Williamstown, KY.  She was a retired Seamstress for Pabst Mattress and a member of Wilmington Baptist Church for over 65 years.  Her hobbies formerly included square dancing and crocheting.  Her husband, Hugh C. Ray and son, William Ray preceded her in death.  She is survived by her sons, Jennings Ray and Kenneth Ray; and five grandchildren.  Visitation will be Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with the funeral services beginning at noon at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence.  Rev. Jerry Spegal will be officiating.  Interment will be at Wilmington Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Ray Family, c/o Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  For directions, to order flowers, to share a message, or to extend condolences please visit www.chambersandgrubbs.com.
