Obituary of Geraldine S. Elliott

Geraldine Stephenson Elliott, age 100, of Walton, passed away Monday, January 7, 2019.

She was born on April 18, 1918 in Stewartsville to the late Dempsey and Glada Stephenson. Geraldine was a homemaker, farmer and seamstress and also a member of the First Baptist Church of Walton.

She enjoyed being a part of the homemakers club and sewing. Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin R. Elliott, and son, Gerald Elliott. She is survived by her children, Jean Atkins, Verna Wagner and Steven Elliott; sister, Odella Roland; 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A visitation for Geraldine will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 9:30AM until the time of the funeral service, 11AM, at First Baptist Church of Walton, 47 S. Main St. Walton, KY 41094. Burial will immediately follow at Gardnersville Cemetery.

Memorial donations are suggested in Geraldine’s name to the First Baptist Church of Walton, 47 S Main St, Walton, KY 41094.
