Obituary of George Walton Clem

     George Walton Clem, age 69, of Walton, KY passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St Elizabeth Health Care Center Florence.

     He was born the son of the late George Clem and Juanita (Hamm) Martin on September 7, 1949 in Covington, KY. George proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He was also the proud owner of Appliance Parts by George, loved hunting and fishing, UK basketball, and spending time with his grandkids.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Adam Clem; sister, Carolyn Tye; and brother, Kenneth Tapp.

     He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Jane Clem; two children, Lori (Steve) Clem and Kevin (Kim) Clem; eight grandchildren, Devin, Shannon, Alanna, Cian, Quinten, Lexy, Alex, and Ava; and a brother Bill (Bonnie) Clem; and numerous nieces and nephews.

     A visitation will be held from 11:00AM until the time of service at 1:00PM on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 45 N Main St, Walton, KY 41094. In keeping with his wishes, George will be cremated after services.

     Memorial donations can be made to Susan G. Komen Dept. 41831, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265.
